Buddhism 101

Although Buddhism is an ancient religion that first appeared in the East 2,600 years ago, the practices taught by Buddha are timeless and universally applicable. These days, many people are dsicovering that Buddhism and meditation offers clear answers to questions and real solutions to everyday problems that cannot be found anywhere else. In this series we will look at how we can apply these practical instructions to our daily life and achieve greater happiness and freedom.
Week 5. Ultimate truth
These drop-in classes are designed so that you can join us at any point in the series and not feel left out. Each series lasts for a few weeks, before switching topics. No prior experience or pre-registration is necessary!
