Enjoy a weekend of clear and practical Buddhist teachings and guided meditations on loving kindness to open the heart, and increase your inner peace and well being this Summer. Live-streamed directly to us from Arizona by our guest Teacher, Buddhist monk and experienced Kadampa Teacher, Gen Tabkay.

Listen to the sessions outdoors in your backyard, in a local park space, or in the quiet of your own home. Transform your weekend into a magical and meaningful meditation retreat experience.

This weekend is our annual ‘Post Summer Festival’ weekend, and the meditations and teachings will follow the themes of the Kadampa International Summer Festival.

The retreat will be AVAILABLE TO VIEW through Sunday, August 30. Each session will be available one hour after the live session. Once you register for the retreat you will get the link for the replays.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. He has been a student of contemporary Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 12 years, having received empowerments and lineage blessings directly from him. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others. Gen Tabkay is originally from Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina, and is much loved in this area.  We are very happy to have him this weekend.
