Clear Light of Bliss
Post-Summer Festival Weekend Course
With Visiting Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rigpa

August 26–28

Within all of us lies the source of infinite bliss, clarity of mind, wisdom and compassion for others. How to ripen these qualities within ourselves is clearly laid out in the unique book, Clear Light of Bliss by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Following the teachings given at the 2022 NKT International Summer Festival in England, we now have an opportunity to deepen our experience of these illuminating instructions through joining this weekend course.
These simple meditations are a great way to relax, but also give us a deep insight into how our mind functions. By seeing how our thoughts develop, we can learn to let go of any mental habits that undermine our inner peace and gain some practical experience of the profound meditations on the nature of the mind, which lead to the development of great bliss.
