You can take part one of this course - the April 3 workshop without attending parts two and three (below.) Everyone is welcome.

Part 2: 4 Weeks At-Home Training

During the Sunday April 3 workshop, participants will receive explanation and  encouragement in how to engage in a four week at home meditation challenge, which culminates in a one day silent group meditation retreat at KMC Georgia. If you attend the weekly drop in classes at KMC GA, you can ask questions of Gen Norden in person after the classes about the meditation challenge and upcoming retreat.

This program is for all levels. If you are new to meditation you can engage in this challenge and retreat on an introductory level, and if you are experienced in meditation you can use this challenge and retreat to upgrade your practice to experience a deeper level of concentration and effectiveness.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols
We care about your safety and well-being!
Here is a list of COVID-19 prevention measures currently in place at KMC Georgia:
  • According to the newly updated CDC guidelines, masking indoors is optional but recommended for those who are not vaccinated.
  • We have a UV air purifier running at all times inside the main meditation room. All doors to the main meditation room will remain open during class to encourage air flow.
  • Chairs in the meditation rooms are set up to encourage social distancing. If you don't feel comfortable sitting in the main meditation room, you may sit in the smaller meditation room or in the reception/cafe area, where we have a TV monitor link and audio. If you are in the café area, you may still watch the class through the open glass doors.
  • We offer hand sanitizer to all our guests and volunteers, and sanitize all high touch areas before every class.
