Dealing with Difficult People | Meditation Workshop
With Resident Teacher, Kelsang Dechok
Saturday, October 28 | 2–5 p.m.
At times in our life we all have to deal with difficult people. Sometimes others' behavior can seem unreasonable, irrational or unjust. We can become locked into unhealthy patterns of behavior within our relationships that we find impossible to shift. We can change this by identifying and using tried and tested methods from within Buddhist teachings for changing our way of perceiving and experiencing others.
In this half-day course, Kelsang Dechok will give teachings on meditation practices that can help us to handle challenging situations and to develop the ability to improve difficult relationships that are so common in our daily lives. This course is ideal for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome!
Sessions:
2:00–3:15 p.m.
3:45–5:00 p.m.
