In this special meditation workshop, we learn simple meditation techniques to develop peaceful minds and eliminate feelings of stress and anxiety. Most of the tension we experience comes from inside our own mind. Many daily problems, including ill health, are caused or exacerbated by our negative states of mind. By practicing meditation, we can experience a calm, spacious feeling in our mind, and many of our usual problems fall away. Difficult situations become easier to deal with, we naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people. Also, we find that our relationships with others gradually improve.

How we can let go of stress and anxiety in our daily life
How we can respond positively when stress and anxiety arises in our mind
This course is taught by senior student and teacher, Mayra Cuevas. No previous experience of meditation is necessary.
