Fundraiser & Community Dinner

Eat, Drink & Be Giving
Sunday, October 2nd | 5:30 p.m.

Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia invites you and your family to celebrate a year of growth, giving and compassion. Join us for a special fundraising and community dinner!

For the last 22 years, Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia has been a place of refuge for the Atlanta community and neighboring cities in the Southeast. Through meditation classes, retreats and other events, we have helped thousands of people by providing teachings on how to manage and overcome depression, anxiety, stress and learn how to deal with the difficulties of daily life in a positive, constructive way.

Now more than ever, we need methods to increase our love, compassion, empathy and patience. We need a place of real refuge in a world that has proven unreliable and unstable. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to ensure the financial stability of Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia as we head into 2023. KMC GA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization run mostly by the kindness of volunteers. Your contributions are 100% tax deductible.

Join us on Sunday, October 2nd at 5:30 p.m. for an evening of dining, fun and giving at Noni’s outdoor patio, located on 357 Edgewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. Parking in the back.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We care about your safety and well-being!
Here is a list of COVID-19 prevention measures currently in place at KMC Georgia:
  • The uses of masks is voluntary. Please read the latest CDC mask guidance.
  • We have a UV air purifier running at all times inside the main meditation room. All doors to the main meditation room will remain open during class to encourage air flow.
  • Chairs in the meditation rooms are placed to encourage social distancing. If you don't feel comfortable sitting in the main meditation room, you may sit in the smaller meditation room or in the reception/cafe area, where we have a TV monitor link and audio. If you are in the café area, you may still watch the class through the open glass doors.
  • We offer hand sanitizer to all our guests and volunteers, and sanitize all high touch areas before every class.
