Slide of the Path February 5 Three Principal Aspects Meditation course with Gen Demo

Three Principal Aspects of the Path | Meditation Day Course

With special guest Teacher, Gen Demo

Saturday February 5, 10:30am–2:15pm

Teachings and guided meditations based on the inspiring and profound poem by the Buddhist Master Je Tsongkhapa. Powerful insights and practical instructions to bring personal transformation and deep development to our spiritual lives. Don’t miss this special event!

In 15 verses, Je Tsongkhapa distills the vastness of the Buddhist stages of the path to enlightenment to three essential realizations, or experiential understandings – renunciation, bodhichitta, and the wisdom realizing emptiness.

Through talks and guided meditations, Gen Demo will take us into the heart of these teachings so that we can gain practical experience of these profound insights for ourselves, and learn how to confidently and joyfully transform all aspects of our life into the spiritual path.

Based on the commentary by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his most recent book, The Mirror of Dharma (with Additions).

Session One: 10:30–11:45am
Lunch break: 11:45am–1pm
Session Two: 1–2:15pm
