Everyone has the potential for authentic and reliable happiness by developing calm and peaceful minds. Meditation and modern Buddhism give us the power to actually achieve this. At this talk, which is open to everyone, Kadam Michelle will explain how we can improve the quality of our life through changing our mind. By tapping into this potential for lasting inner peace, we can make deep and genuine happiness our everyday reality.
Followed by a reception, with hor d'oeuvres and a chance to ask questions.
This is part of our Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia’s 25th Anniversary Celebration. For those who would like to stay, we will also show a short video montage of some of the highlights of 25 years of Kadampa Buddhism in Atlanta.

  • We have a UV air purifier running at all times inside the main meditation room. All doors to the main meditation room will remain open during class to encourage air flow.
