Heart Jewel: Guided Meditation Chanted Prayers

This class is on winter break and will resume in February.

Wednesdays | 8 –9:15 a.m.
With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Norden

Heart Jewel is the heart practice of Kadampa Buddhists world-wide. This powerful practice of prayers and meditation enables us to tap into something truly extraordinary, sacred and pure that is beyond this ordinary world. Practicing Heart Jewel is the best way to grow our compassion, wisdom and spiritual power. By practicing Heart Jewel we will:

  • Receive blessings
  • Become more peaceful
  • Have fewer problems
  • Become enlightened

During this special session, Gen Norden will teach from the book Heart Jewel, then we will engage in guided Heart Jewel prayers. Join us for this practical course where you can deepen your experience of Heart Jewel, the heart practice of modern Kadampas.

This class is on pause starting January 4 and resumes February 4.
