Sometimes anger seems like the solution to conflict in our relationships and in our daily lives. But an angry response only makes our problems worse. How do we step out of this cycle?
The Buddha taught practical and effective methods for transforming problems and suffering into causes of happiness. During this weekend retreat we learn to transform turbulent, unpeaceful minds into powerful, peaceful minds.
In this weekend retreat, American Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Mondrub and senior students and teachers guide us on a path to discover the power of our mind to transform even the most challenging issues into an experience of inner peace. We will discover tremendous peace and great hope in our hearts; and we will feel empowered to contribute to world peace from the inside out by learning how to solve our human problems genuinely, and make great spiritual progress at the same time.
Attend individual sessions, or stay for the whole retreat! No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
