In modern times, people have become increasingly interested in meditation as a way to promote physical and mental well-being amidst their busy daily lives. Meditation has something for everyone – it can be used to promote health by decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression and for developing calmer, happier minds. Additionally, if we wish, it can even take us to our highest potential, full enlightenment.

Come learn a variety of meditation skills to develop and maintain inner strength and happiness.

Before you register...

  1. You must live in GA, AL, TN or the FL panhandle to register for classes at KMC GA.
  2. Attendees may not record online classes. Recordings will be available for sale after most classes.
  3. After you register here, be sure to check your email box (maybe your spam folder?) for a note we just sent you. Any time before this event, you still need to register for the live-stream session. This note tells you how to do this. As soon as you complete that registration, we'll send you the actual live-stream link you'll use at the start of the event.
