Meditations for Mental Wellness
Saturday, February 8, 2025 |10a.m. – 1p.m.
Mental health is much more than being free from depression, anxiety or simply being equipped to cope with life. Through Buddha’s teachings we are given a vision of a fully healed mind, completely pure and peaceful.
Through meditation we can experience many powerful benefits such as:
- Improved health and physical well-being
- Increased mental clarity and concentration
- A more positive approach to life and relationships
- A sense of being balanced and centered
In this retreat, there will be guided meditations, teachings on Buddha’s advice for finding peace in daily life, and time for Q&A.
All sessions are guided by experienced Kadampa Teacher, Bill Long. Everyone is welcome. No prior experience of meditation is needed.
Session times:
Session 1: 10:00 – 11:15a.m.
Break: 11:15 – 11:45a.m.
