OPTIMISM CULTIVATING REAL HOPE With Special Guest Teacher Kadam Lucy April 3

Online Buddhist Meditation Workshop
with Special Guest Teacher Kadam Lucy James
Saturday, April 3 | 2pm–5pm

Optimism is hopeful and positive and sees the possibilities that life has to offer, but is it realistic or even possible in these challenging times? This depends upon our expectations and goals, and how we view our life.

Instead of living with despair or anxiety about what the future may hold, Kadam Lucy will give practical advice from Kadampa Buddhism on how we can live with a happy and wise heart regardless of what is happening. Our hope can be based on a realistic understanding of our awesome potential. Our optimism can be based on the clear knowledge that we have everything we need, both inside and out, to solve our real problems and be free.

This special half-day course will include guided meditation, instruction, and a chance to ask questions live online. Everyone is welcome!
