Learn about the beauty and power of setting up a Buddhist shrine in your home.

When life is stressful, it helps to have a quiet place for contemplation and relaxation. This class is an opportunity to understand the beauty and power of setting up a Buddhist shrine in your home that will help you to focus your energy for spiritual practice.

We will explore the meaning behind the symbols and sacred objects, as well as essential aspects of setting up a shrine, making offerings and reciting prayers for meditation. These crucial elements of regular practice help us to experience the joy and purpose of meditation.

No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
